We use this information to:
- process and deliver orders;
- take payment;
- respond to enquiries;
- deal with returns or problems with an order;

Payments and other services
Online payments are currently processed by PayPal. Dodo Posters does not directly store your payment-card details.
We may share information where necessary with organisations that help us provide the service, such as payment providers, postal or courier services, website hosting and security providers.
Contact forms
If you contact us through the website, your message may also be stored securely within the website so that enquiries are not lost if an email fails to arrive.
Cookies and website security
We use cookies and similar technologies where needed for the operation and security of the website.
We use Cloudflare to help protect the website from malicious traffic and our PayPal checkout uses Google reCAPTCHA to help prevent automated payment fraud and card-testing attacks. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms apply to reCAPTCHA. These services may set or access cookies and process limited technical information.
The Saved Posters feature uses storage in your browser to remember posters you choose to save. This information remains on your device and is not used for advertising or tracking.
We do not currently use Google Analytics, advertising cookies or marketing-tracking cookies.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information only for as long as it is reasonably needed.
Order and transaction records may be retained for several years for customer service, accounting, tax and legal purposes. Routine enquiries may be deleted sooner when they are no longer useful.
Your rights
You may have rights to ask us for a copy of your personal information, correct it, delete it in appropriate circumstances, or object to or restrict how it is used.
To exercise your rights, email giles@dodoposters.com.
If you are unhappy with how we use your information, please contact us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if our website, service providers or legal requirements change.
