If you change your mind
If you are a consumer buying online, you can normally cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.
Please email giles@dodoposters.com with your name and order number and say that you would like to return the item. I will reply personally with the return details.
After telling us that you wish to cancel, please return the item within a further 14 days.
For a change-of-mind return, you are responsible for the return postage cost.
Please package the item carefully. Where possible, reuse the packaging in which it arrived.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received, we will refund:
- the price paid for the item; and
- the cost of our standard outward delivery service.
If you chose a more expensive delivery option, we do not have to refund the additional cost.
Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Damaged or incorrectly described items
We take care to describe the condition of our vintage posters, signs and ephemera as accurately as possible. Age-related wear, marks and restoration may form part of an item’s stated condition.
If an item arrives damaged in transit, faulty, or materially different from its description, please email giles@dodoposters.com as soon as possible.
In these circumstances, Dodo Posters will pay or reimburse reasonable return costs.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
