Description
This poster centres a stylised flower-like flame rising above crossed logs between simplified stove forms, beneath the headline “Fonderies de Tréveray (Meuse).” The side text advertises “poêles mixtes à bois et charbon” (“mixed wood-and-coal stoves”) and “cheminées à feu continu” (“continuous-burn fireplaces”), while MIRUS is presented below as the wood-stove line.
Charles Loupot signature and 1928 date shown in upper right.
The design is a crisp interwar Art Deco composition, using reductive geometry, overscale lettering and a vivid red-orange flame. Dealer cataloguing identifies the printing technique as stone lithography, and auction records associate the poster with Chaix, Paris.
